RBSK aims at early identification and early intervention for children from birth to 18 years to cover the 4 Ds.

Eligibility

Children aged 0-18 years identified through anganwadi and school screening teams.

Benefits

Free screening, referral, surgery and follow-up at empanelled hospitals.

Referral slip from RBSK team, Aadhaar, parent ID

How to Apply

Children referred by RBSK Mobile Health Teams are treated free at our hospital. Approach OPD with referral slip.
